Our Refuge. Our Strength. Our Response.
This year, our intentional giving campaign is rooted in the words of Psalm 46:1: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Our theme, “Our Refuge. Our Strength. Our Response.”, reminds us that because God is our refuge and strength, we are called to respond with intentional generosity - helping others find hope, compassion, and a place of refuge.
Our Fall Giving Campaign will run from October 25 through November 15. Each week will have a special focus that will be printed in your bulletin and the weekly email newsletter, The Chatter. (If you are not receiving this weekly newsletter, please call the office and let us know).
As we reflect on these words and on our own sense of belonging, we invite you to join us in this mission of care and compassion. Please prayerfully consider making a pledge to support our church and its ministry. Every gift, large or small, helps us continue to be a place of welcome, hope, service, and refuge.
We also invite you to “Share the Light” by bringing canned and nonperishable food items to support those in need in our community.
Together, let us remember that generosity is more than what we give - it is how we respond to God’s love.
